PS: This did not come out of my mind ... came out of a photo
the program is Illustrator CS5, A little of Gradient Mesh and a lot of Gaussian Blur!
also use pen tool and the pathfinder! all is made with mouse!

That is a lot of line work man. A lot of patience and sweat went into this. Respect. Vectors is a testament to patience, but the result is worth it. Fantastic work.
